Following in the footsteps of his ancestors, he chose to join an International Property Consultant Firm (IPCs) Cushman & Wakefield post his MBA. He excelled at the corporate journey working with Private Equities (PEs) like Brookfield handling 6 mn sft of Office space. He shuffled between IPC's such as Colliers International, Family Owned Business Houses (FOBHs) - West Pioneer, Welspun One and Stellar Value Chain (Now CEVA logistics). Neeraj leads the overall corporate affairs.
